Nico de Rooij Elected MNE Fellow 2016

The international Micro and Nano Engineering (MNE) Conference’s steering committee recently announced the election of the MNE Fellow 2016. This year’s fellowship is conferred on Nico de Rooij, a pioneer in micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) and sensor technology, professor emeritus at EPFL Lausanne, and a previous VP of CSEM.
